work
Thermal insulation helps to reduce energy consumption, avoid moisture damage to structures and provide a healthier, more pleasant indoor environment. To ensure that thermal insulation does its job reliably and efficiently in the long term, it needs to be protected on both sides: on the inside by the airtightness layer, and on the outside by the weathertightness layer.
We also provide weather-protection membranes for protection of timber structures during the construction phase. These membranes remain in place over the service life of the building.
Find out more about why these layers are important and how they work.
